Doormen
attend entrances on both the 23rd and 24th Street sides of our
complex around the clock. Our central concierge desk, framed
by murals depicting life in Chelsea commissioned in 1999 from
New York painter Tom Christopher, is manned around the clock. In addition to supervising all door stations and electronic
security systems, our attendants assist tenants with services
such as accepting and delivering packages, coordinating moves
and responding to after-hours maintenance requests. |
